Today I will Teach you a Lesson About Health.These tips will help you in maintaining health. Health is th most important part in our life. Without health we are nothing. so i will tell you 2 unique ideas about health.

1:Water:
Water is the most essential thing for human beings.Our body needs 8 glass of water daily.There are many countries in the world where people forgets to drink 8 glass of water daily. This type of mistake is dangerous for your health.
So try to drink 8 glass water daily to remain hydrated.
2:Exercise:
Exericise is a part of our healthy life.it helps to maintain fitness. walking and cycling is the best way to lose your body weight.
Early morning is the best time for exercise and it helps us remain active all the day. you can walk half kilometer daily to maintain your health.
Another way of maintaining fitness is cycling. you can cover 2-3 kilometers daily on bicycle to lose undersired weight. you can also practice yoga and push ups at your home.you can also join a gym for other fitness maintaining exercises.
3:Diet:
Its Another way to maintain health.Make a diet plan that helps you to control your body weight and diseases like heart attack or many others etc.Do not eat oily things.Eat less carbohydrates because extra energy turns into fat which is dangerous for our health.We should also avoid hi calorie intake.Try to eat boil things like eggs vegetables or you can use cholesterol free oil for cooking.
